This is Andria’s story and it is inspiring for a number of reasons. She started training with me in our boot camp last November and was there every Saturday. Then something happened and she changed her entire mindset about her lifestyle! She now has lost over 100lbs and she continues to work hard every day!

 

Goals like these always seems impossible until it’s done…The hardest part of any journey or change is starting. So even if you aren’t sure you can do it, just start! Like Andria you will find that as you progress through your journey your mindset will change, and it stops becoming about a number on a scale that you obsess over. If you do the right things and change your outlook on your health and your body, you will see the number on the scale drop without having to worry about it. If you are just beginning (or don’t know where to), don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle. And if you’ve hit a plateau, don’t compare your middle to someone else’s end. The important thing to take away here is that Andria found a place to work out that she felt comfortable with, a place that made fitness fun, a place that helped keep her accountable (which is extremely important early on in your journey). Being fit or healthy doesn’t have to be boring and that is something we pride ourselves on.
